Custom Illustration - Birthday Card

I created this custom illustration for a birthday card and we wanted to feature the birthday girl with her pet hamsters. We also wanted to feature her love of exploring nature. With a blue and grey palette, I painted this for the front of the birthday card. The best part about having a personalised piece of artwork is that we can combine the elements we want that would otherwise be difficult to do in real life!

This illustration was first painted with gouache and then digitised for print.
